NFL13 Preview

With our reboot here at TABMathletics, we now have an opportunity to show exactly why this unique publication can be a ground-breaking one in sports analysis. Over the next two weeks, we will address key factors you need to know about the 2013 NFL season with analysis that can’t be found anywhere else. This will lead up to our NFL season predictions on August 31, which coincides with author Adam Dobrowolski’s appearance on the Pro Football Preview Show on Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM (noon EST air time).

This preview focuses on three elements: league-wide featured factors of regression, five team-based factors of regression and the final season predictions. The featured factors of regression address some of the hottest topics and most prevalent themes of the 2012 season, including the stellar play from a trio of stud rookie quarterbacks (Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson). It also addresses some multi-point factors of regression for certain team units (Arizona Cardinals offense, Philadelphia Eagles defense, etc.) and standout regression for certain players (A.J. Green, Adrian Peterson, J.J. Watt, etc.). We eight such studies for this preview.

As for the “five factors of regression,” we will spend a day on each division to give you some quick hits of the most important and notable regression factors for the 2013 season. This is the bread and butter of our preview, as it helps us to put together our season predictions.
