About the Author

Adam D. Dobrowolski began his journey to learn new methods of sports statistical analysis when he completed his B.A., Journalism with a Mathematics minor at Rowan University in 2011. While at Rowan, located in Glassboro (NJ), Dobrowolski also began his broadcast journalism career, serving for one year as the Sports Director for Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM. Along with his managerial duties, Dobrowolski provided play-by-play announcing and color commentary for numerous Profs sports, including basketball and baseball. Meanwhile, he wrote for The Whit, Rowan’s student newspaper, primarily covering Profs football and lacrosse. Finally, he maintained his own sports blog to provide unique perspective in professional and college sports.

After graduation, Dobrowolski moved on to with the Wilmington Blue Rocks as the team’s studio host and in-game producer on WGLS-FM. In 2012, he held the same capacity with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on ESPN 1230/1320, earning his moniker as “The Dobber” with the IronPigs Radio Network. Along the way, he also worked a freelance broadcaster, including providing color commentary for the 2011 Villanova Homecoming Game for the Villanova-IMG Sports Radio Network.

As for his recent writing experience, the New Jersey native currently contributes exclusively for Cold, Hard Football Facts via the Football Nation website network. For the 2012 NFL season, Dobrowolski used his TABMathletics to produce a weekly podcast called “The Stat Pack.” While beat writing for the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns for the 2011 NFL season, he gave us a preview for what’s to come in this website with some of his “Mathletics” articles for CHFF.
